Manager - Corporate Communications 27652

We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Communications professional who is creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented to join our Communications team based in Hyderabad. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional groups, develop strategic communication solutions, and contribute to enhancing the organization’s external and internal messaging. You will be part of a dynamic, collegial, and inclusive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a wide range of communication initiatives to strengthen external and internal branding efforts.
  • Design and implement comprehensive employer branding campaigns to attract top talent and reinforce the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and manage employee advocacy programs, leveraging authentic employee stories across suitable channels.
  • Manage relationships with branding and design vendor-partners to ensure alignment with branding strategy and design guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify suitable external events for sponsorship and participation.
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring alignment with branding objectives.
  • Develop compelling content for external branding initiatives including campus branding, leadership communications, newsletters, press releases, and social media.
  • Support internal communications to maintain consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Draft, edit, and review business proposals, detailed reports, and communication assets to support business objectives.

Must-Haves

  • 7–12 years of experience in Corporate Communications, with strong exposure to External Communications and Branding.
  • Prior experience in GCC (Global Capability Centers) is mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in communication strategy, stakeholder management, employer branding, PR, campus branding, leadership talks, and sponsorships.
  • Currently at a Lead/Manager level in corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated job stability: minimum of 2 years per organization with no significant education or career gaps.
