Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Prudential Health India's Marketing team in Mumbai as a Corporate Communications Manager. Your role will involve identifying and creating integrated media opportunities for PHI brand to enhance brand imagery, visibility, and credibility. You will be responsible for managing a wide spectrum of Media relation activities, media communication campaign, community relations, and Crisis communications. Your tasks will include directing operations for external communications, assisting in creating relevant brand PR opportunities, documenting communications processes, developing content, supporting brand marketing, and developing tactical and operational plans for communications strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and create integrated media opportunities for PHI brand to enhance brand imagery, visibility, and credibility - Manage a wide spectrum of Media relation activities, media communication campaign, community relations, and Crisis communications - Direct operations for external communications to ensure consistent messaging to all external stakeholders, particularly through media - Assist in creating relevant brand PR opportunities to enhance brand imagery, credibility, and visibility - Document communications processes, including branding, planning, and maintenance of a communications calendar - Develop content such as press releases, articles, FAQs, briefing documents, etc., and maintain a knowledge repository - Support brand marketing with impactful features on brand attributes and key brand messages - Develop tactical and operational plans for communications strategies - Manage operational aspects of the team, ensure achievement of goals within timelines and budgets - Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies - Identify and develop influencer marketing as a key channel of brand advocacy - Deploy and track a crisis strategy in liaison with internal teams and product brand custodians - Track, monitor, and influence media coverage, social media campaigns, and influencer marketing plans - Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure brand dialogue and communication - Assist in managing PR agency output to enhance brand reputation, imagery, and influence Qualification Required: - Post Graduate in any field - Masters in Corp Communication / Journalism / Public Relations is an added advantage Additional Details: Prudential Health India is a Zero to One team undertaking a no-legacy, greenfield health insurance deployment in India, building journeys that truly empathize with the customer and offer a differentiated experience.
