Job Description

Shall be responsible for managing contracts from tendering to project closure, ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and technical requirements while safeguarding company interests.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and review tenders, bids, and project proposals.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor budgets, timelines, claims, and variations as per contract provisions.
Act as the primary contact for clients, project managers, and site teams on contract-related matters.
Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee invoicing, certifications, and closure of contractual obligations.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC/standard contracts, and construction practices.
Expertise in cost control, risk management, and claims.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 10 years' experience in contracts management for large-scale construction projects.
