Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with expertise in manufacturing, production, or quality.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage HR generalist activities, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
Assist in payroll processing, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Conduct recruitment drives to attract top talent in the industry.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree with a strong academic record.
Proven experience in HR executive roles, preferably in manufacturing or production.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR software and systems is an added advantage.
