Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Campus Talent Management in PIRAMAL ENTERPRISES LTD, located in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective campus talent management strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including universities and colleges.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for talent acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
