Marketing & Operations Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Operations Manager to oversee client outreach, lead generation, and workflow management. The role also involves managing projects and team tasks in Asana, while coordinating with the IT team for automation and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Use LinkedIn to connect with prospects and generate leads for the company.
• Identify leads from platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, and maintain an organized lead list.
• Extract and prepare new data for cold calling, ensuring accuracy for follow-ups.
• Run and manage outreach campaigns through Apollo and other tools targeting cold prospects.
• Support website activities, including research on content, keywords, and campaign ideas.
• Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, Excel, Word, and related tools.

Asana (Project Management Tool)

• Manage all portfolios, projects, and tasks in Asana.
• Monitor and report to management on employee usage of Asana for daily tasks.
• Provide guidance and resolve team issues as needed.
• Set up rules and workflows in Asana to ensure smooth operations.
• Review and update Asana daily to track progress and task completion.

IT & Automations

• Coordinate with the in-house IT team and management on future improvements.
• Assist in designing dashboards that save time and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong adaptability and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, and lead generation methods.
• Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage both marketing and operations effectively.
• Analytical mindset to track performance, identify gaps, and optimize results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
