About the Role: In the role of Procurement Assistant , the candidate will support the smooth operation of supply chain processes by assisting with purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely receipt of materials. Responsibilities: Business Development, Tendering & Proposal Management Lead the end-to-end business acquisition and tendering process across industrial, commercial, institutional, and government segments, including bid evaluation, costing, proposal preparation, submission, and compliance documentation. Analyze RFQs/RFPs from both public and private clients to prepare competitive technical-commercial offers aligned with client requirements and company profitability targets. Coordinate with internal teams (design, projects, procurement, and finance) to finalize project cost estimates and ensure accuracy in BOQs and technical submissions.
