About the Role:

We are looking for a Site Engineer – O&M to join our team. The candidate will play a critical role in managing and supervising solar operations and maintenance activities, ensuring that on-site work is executed efficiently and in line with the company’s quality standards.

The candidate must be a native, preferably residing in and around Kalidaspur, Raniganj, or Amritnagar in West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of solar project O&M activities on-site.
• Ensure that timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to.
• Collaborate with the Central Project Management and O&M teams to ensure smooth site operations and issue resolution.
• Conduct site surveys, coordinate material handling, and ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Monitor the performance of solar systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Liaise with clients and local contractors to ensure expectations are met and address any site-specific concerns.
• Prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities, including progress updates and any challenges faced.

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / EEE / ECE or related field.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical work, and O&M execution.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry, specifically in Operations & Maintenance (O&M).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
