Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, risk management practices, and compliance requirements. In-depth knowledge of safety protocols applicable to construction, renewable energy, or industrial project sites. Ability to develop and implement safety policies, procedures, manuals, and training modules. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of site safety engineers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct trainings and engage with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Proficient in using EHS reporting tools, audit checklists, and documentation systems. Software Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports and training material. Familiarity with EHS management and incident reporting software (e.g., EHS Insight, Enablon).
