Manager - Business Development

As an experienced professional with 3-4 years of experience in Chit Companies, NBFC, or Finance, your role will involve negotiating contracts with clients or vendors. This includes developing terms and conditions of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. You will be responsible for establishing company policies and procedures across all departments, aiming to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing financial reports and deriving actionable insights to recommend improvements in business operations based on the findings - Developing and presenting proposals to potential clients in order to secure new business opportunities Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in chits, NBFC, or banking is a prerequisite for this role - A total of 2 years of work experience is also essential In addition to the outlined responsibilities and qualifications, the company is located in Thrissur, Kerala, and requires a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
