Job Description

1. Prospecting and Lead generation in existing as well as new business verticals


2. Meeting prospects and making presentations


3. Preparing tender documents for proposals and bids.


4. Preparing of technical proposals and bids.


5. Conversion of proposals/bids into Business.


6. Prepare brochures, capability statements and other marketing materials for all activities.


7. Jointly agree with regional offices on yearly targets for existing Verticals and to monitor the same, pursue new opportunities-Verticals, and on appropriate associations.


8. For preparing expressions of interest and/or prequalification documents.


9. Form strategic alliances with New agencies to enhance business opportunities or marketability.


10. Provide inputs in strategy formulation of the company.


11. Develop and strengthen professional relationships with relevant client officers in domestic / international railways, public sector agencies and with private sector organizations including operators and contractors.



Requirements


Identify EOIs, tenders, DPRs, PMC, audits, and O&M opportunities.

  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and regular liaison.

  • Track market developments, investments, and competitor activities.

  • Maintain CRM updates, pipeline entries, and weekly BD reports.

  • Support Bid Team with local data, cost inputs, and client insights.

  • Represent company in meetings, events, and industry interactions.
