Job Description

DMRC Project Funded by JICA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and review signaling systems for Metro networks, ensuring compliance with project requirements and international standards. 2. Develop and implement strategies for the testing, commissioning, and integration of train control systems. 3. Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new signaling installations or upgrades. 4. Ensure all designs, specifications, and documentation meet safety regulations and quality standards. 5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory authorities, to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. 6. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support during installation, testing, and maintenance phases. 7. Review and approve system designs, reports, and as-built documentation. 8. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for signaling systems. 9. Maintain updated knowledge of industry advancements and emerging technologies.


Requirements

Qualifications:
1. Graduate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
2. Minimum of 30 years of experience in railway signaling and train control systems. 3. Minimum of 5 Years of experience working with international contractors and stakeholders. 4. Expertise in CBTC (Communication-Based Train Control) and ETCS (European Train Control System). 5. Hands-on experience in signaling design, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. 6. Proficient in industry tools and software used for signaling design and simulation. 7. Strong understanding of international railway signaling standards (e.g., CENELEC, AREMA, IRSE). 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 9. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration across teams. 10. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines. 11. Certifications related to railway signaling systems are an added advantage.

1. Experience in GOA4 2. Expertise in Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) and interlocking systems. 3. Familiarity with safety-critical systems and reliability engineering practices. 4. Proficiency in CAD tools for signaling design. 5. Experience working with international contractors and stakeholders.
