About the Role:

Aavyak Cognitions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and partnerships across multiple service verticals, including:

• Business Consulting
• Technology & Automation (CRM, ERP, WhatsApp API)
• HR & Compliance (PF/ESI, Payroll, SOPs)
• Finance & Taxation (GST, TDS, MSME Support)
• Process Improvement & Quality (ISO, Lean, SOPs)

This is a full-time in-office role based in Lucknow, with a flexible working schedule for self-motivated professionals who deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and convert potential business clients (Startups, SMEs, Professionals)
• Understand client pain points across business functions—Tech, HR, Finance, or Quality—and suggest tailored solutions
• Pitch Aavyak’s consulting services through meetings, presentations, email/WhatsApp outreach, and networking
• Prepare and send proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Maintain client relationships and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, design, tech) to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
• Achieve and exceed revenue and conversion targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or consulting sales
• Experience in selling services (consulting, HR, finance, tech, or training) is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi)
• Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business services like CRM, GST, PF/ESI, HRMS, SOPs, or ISO is preferred
• Goal-oriented and self-driven mindset
• Must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate

Work Mode:

• In-Office Only (No work from home)
• Flexible working hours based on meetings, tasks, and deliverables
• Office Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
