Job Description

Business Development Manager

● Location – Delhi and Mumbai

● Experience - 2 years

Company Description plutos ONE is India’s youngest TSP for the Bharat Bill Payment System. We also operate India’s largest Incentive Platform for Banks and Networks since 2010.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Banking Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet business objectives.

● Account Management: Manage a portfolio of banking clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with plutos ONE’s services.

● Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential banking clients, pitching products and services related to the Bharat Bill Payment System and the incentive platform.

● Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by expanding the usage of our products among partner banks and networks, and ensuring client satisfaction to encourage long-term business growth.

● Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in the banking and payments industry to provide insights and recommendations that can help improve client relationships and solutions.

● Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for banking clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

● Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, and marketing) to ensure the smooth onboarding of clients and the continuous improvement of products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Minimum 1 years of experience in relationship management within the banking, financial services or any sector.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

● Knowledge of banking products, payments, or related technologies is a plus.

● Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet revenue targets.

● Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client issues effectively.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
