Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The manager will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop proposals, presentations, and deliver exceptional solutions to clients. The role requires active participation in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in creating proposals, presentations, and sales materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in the advertising, events, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
