Position: Manager - Business Development

Location: Bangalore

Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead brand partnerships across our digital platforms and on-ground workshops. The role involves active outreach, client relationship management, and closing high-value brand deals across verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and close brand deals for digital platforms (YouTube, FB, Instagram) and weekly workshops.

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment follow-ups.

Maintain client relationships for renewals and upsells.

Work with internal teams to deliver on brand expectations.

Track and report on sales pipeline and performance.

Requirements

Min. 2 years in BD, digital/media sales, or brand partnerships.

Prior experience in influencer marketing/digital agency preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.

Graduation required (MBA/PG in Marketing is a plus).
