Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales agents, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role involves daily monitoring of sales activities, coordinating with marketing teams, and providing training and support to agents. The Area Sales Manager will also engage with customers, handle escalations, and ensure a smooth loan process from initiation to disbursement.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of home loan processes and knowledge of financial products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
