Job Title: Manager – Administration Location: HYDERABAD  Reports To: Director / COO Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing all administrative operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective functioning of the organization. The role covers office management, vendor relations, HR admin support, compliance, and employee services. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, security, and maintenance. • Handle vendor management, procurement, and contract renewals. • Support HR in attendance, payroll inputs, onboarding, and employee records. • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, licenses, agreements). • Coordinate travel, logistics, meetings, and company events. • Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. Skills & Competencies: • Strong organizational and multitasking ability. • Vendor negotiation and cost-control skills. • Knowledge of HR admin and statutory compliance. • Proficiency in MS Office  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate / Postgraduate in Administration, HR, or related field. • 6–10 years of experience in administration (SME/services sector preferred
