Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations at the plant.
Supervise facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, and utility services.
Manage plant security, access control systems, and surveillance.
Oversee canteen, pantry, and transportation services for plant staff.
Coordinate with HR for employee welfare services, seating, and workplace arrangements.
Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and performance tracking for admin services.
Ensure statutory and legal compliance (e.g., fire safety, labour laws, waste management).
Manage budgets related to admin functions and monitor cost optimization.
Support in organizing audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
Handle administrative support for plant events, trainings, and VIP visits.
Ensure readiness for emergency response and business continuity situations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline across plant premises.
Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and documentation as needed.
