Overview: Karnataka Golf Association is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Administration to oversee club administration, membership services, and front office coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality or club administration and be capable of managing a wide array of administrative functions efficiently Role & responsibilities Membership & Administration: Manage and maintain the clubs membership database and records. Ensure timely updates and communication of information to members. Oversee the membership service process to enhance customer experience. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless member support and services. Maintain custody of all legal documents, contracts with vendors, artists, consultants, and architects. Supervise subordinate administrative staff in day-to-day operations. Plan and implement efficient administrative procedures and streamline processes. Organize and manage monthly Management Committee meetings and periodical general body meetings. Supervise food & beverages, entertainment department activities through the department head. Ensure member billings and records are accurate and current. Oversee other general office activities and administration. Communication & Coordination: Handle all correspondence related to the club and its membership. Facilitate smooth internal communication across departments. Manage all club events, meetings and official functions. Maintain and update office diaries and noticeboards with relevant and timely information. Coordinate meetings with office bearers / management committee members and ensure accurate drafting and circulation of minutes. Ensure professional operation of front office functions across club premises. Preferred candidate profile Required Qualifications: Education: MBA in Administration from a reputed institution. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in hospitality, sports clubs, or social club administration. Age: Between 35 to 45 years. Location Preference: Candidates residing within a 5-10 km radius of HAL Old Airport Road, Domlur, Bangalore. Job Title: L3 System and Network Engineer Department: IT Infrastructure Location: KGA, Bangalore Reporting To: IT Manager Experience: 5+ years in similar roles Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced L3 System and Network Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure. This role involves high-level troubleshooting, system optimization, implementation of IT projects, and ensuring smooth operation of both on-premises and cloud network and server environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 support for incidents, changes, and requests related to servers, networks, and systems. Perform root cause analysis and permanent resolutions for recurring issues. Maintain and administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and file/print servers. Manage and monitor network devices including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points (Aruba) Ensure server backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot virtualization platforms . Support and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) and Office 365. Perform performance tuning, patch management, and security updates. Work closely with the IT team for escalated issues and provide mentorship. Assist in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, procedures, and policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent are preferred. Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux systems. Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls. Experience with monitoring tools Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and documentation skills.
