L3 System AND Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced L3 System and Network Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure. This role involves high-level troubleshooting, system optimization, implementation of IT projects, and ensuring smooth operation of both on-premises and cloud network and server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for incidents, changes, and requests related to servers, networks, and systems.

• Perform root cause analysis and permanent resolutions for recurring issues.

• Maintain and administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and file/print servers.

• Manage and monitor network devices including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points (Aruba)

• Ensure server backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot virtualization platforms .

• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) and Office 365.

• Perform performance tuning, patch management, and security updates.

• Work closely with the IT team for escalated issues and provide mentorship.

• Assist in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, procedures, and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent are preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux systems.

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.

• Experience with monitoring tools

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
