This role involves high-level troubleshooting, system optimization, implementation of IT projects, and ensuring smooth operation of both on-premises and cloud network and server environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 support for incidents, changes, and requests related to servers, networks, and systems. Perform root cause analysis and permanent resolutions for recurring issues. Maintain and administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and file/print servers. The DC ACI L3 engineer partners with customers to plan, design, and deploy high-performing data center infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy traditional and ACI-based data center networks. Lead customer engagements for optimization of Cisco Data Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying OpenStack environments and expertise in NFV, virtualization, and network functions. The Senior Virtualization and Compute Engineer is primarily responsible for the overall health and maintenance of virtualization and compute products in our managed services customer's environments. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for complex technical events and critical incidents requiring expert intervention. Manage daily administration and operational support of core infrastructure, with a focus on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), NSX, and VMware Aria suite. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve virtualization and compute platform issues.
