Service expert for Crushers, Screens, Stacker Reclaimer, Wagon Tippler, Side Arm charger operating in Coal Handling plant or raw material handling plant of Power / Plant for Inspectopn / troubleshooting & spare part replacement. - Erection and commissioning of Crushers, Screens, Stacker Reclaimer, Wagon Tippler, Side Arm charger and other equipment of coal/ raw material handling plant.
- Capability to make SOP, SMP, Hazop, HIRA, LOTO documents. Knowledge of operation and maintenance of coal/ raw material handling equipment. - Basic knowledge of sales & marketing and execution - Review of Purchase order and enquiry /offer documents, Commercial terms, obligations, technical scope and deliverables. Planning scheduling of order and set the timelines for each stage including bar chart. - Interact with marketing team to understand the order scope, Order planning, manufacturing flow, Kick off meeting communications to all support function and brief scope and contract obligations, roles and responsibilities. - Should have good communicating skills to handle customers. Regular update timely status and progress of order. Closely interact with customer for timely completion and should maintain good relations. - Should well conversant with Power / Steel Plant function and equipment knowledge, also need a manufacturing process of equipment and parts and its use. - Good Customer connect ability to promote and sell techno commercial solutions to customer. Continual business increase and should have growth plan and strategy. - Co-ordination with other divisions for timely completion and support to execution team.
