Manager Accounts

1. Core Transactional Accounting

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, ensure proper coding and approvals, reconcile vendor statements, and manage timely payment runs.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and issue sales invoices, track client payments, follow up on outstanding receivables, and ensure prompt collections.
• General Ledger (GL): Prepare and post daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
• Bank & Account Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of bank statements, credit card statements, and various subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance

• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the preparation of preliminary financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement schedules.
• Assist with statutory compliance and tax filings (e.g., GST/VAT, TDS, Payroll Tax), ensuring all legal requirements are met on time.
• Gather and prepare documentation required for internal and external audits.

3. Budgeting and Analysis Support

• Help maintain and track fixed assets and their depreciation schedules.
• Assist in monitoring departmental spending and tracking actual expenses against the approved budget.
• Provide financial data and analysis support to the Finance Manager for budgeting and forecasting activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
