Manager Accounts

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Establishing and managing Financial Accounting (Purchase, Sales, Payroll, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Treasury ,GST) including accounting

cut-offs

2. Providing analytical support to manufacturing for monitoring production, dispatches, productivity (of material, labor, working capital

and fixed assets)

3. Providing finance support to the business from financial, commercial, systems, processes, and legal perspectives.

4. Ensuring accurate absorption of factory overheads in COGS and recording of costs pertaining to Materials, Labour, and Machines and

provide analytical inputs on resource optimization / productivity in Goa manufacturing plants.

5. Focusing on Product Costing, project costing, departmental costing, tracking of cost drivers for allocation of Factory Overheads, MAUC

analysis and control.

6. Monthly & Yearly Stock Valuation, Stock accounting and controls

7. Preparation of Financial Plans including budgeting for Capital Exp, Manpower, Overheads etc.

8. Capital Expenditure including LCA Evaluation (Pre and Post Investment)

9. Management of working Capital including receivables, ITR, Inventory.

10. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to direct and indirect taxes and compliance with Statutory Audit /Internal

Audit / Tax Audit requirements

11. Monitoring and controlling of all supplier payments made through ACP / Treasury / Hundi with due compliances.

12. Active participation in Business excellence, TPM, Record management, Kaizen management and safety initiatives.
