Derik Motor Pvt Ltd is a leading automobile dealership committed to delivering excellence in sales and service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager – Accounts to oversee and manage our financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Handle bank reconciliation, fund management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Monitor daily accounting transactions and ensure timely closure of books.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
• Implement cost control measures and assist management in financial planning.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping of all financial documents.
• Support management with financial insights and MIS reports for decision-making.

Requirements

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in accounting and finance (automobile industry experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
