SALES EXECUTIVE : As a Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential customers within the designated geographic area. Use various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads. Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and campaigns effectively. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Derik Tata's offerings. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and requirements of potential customers. Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide appropriate solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals while maximizing profitability. Ensure timely follow-up on proposals and quotes to expedite the sales process. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle. Regularly engage with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics relevant to Derik Tata's products and services. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market trends, and product improvements. Qualifications: Any degree. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
