Executive - Sales

SALES EXECUTIVE:

As a Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential customers within the designated geographic area.
• Use various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and campaigns effectively.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Derik Tata's offerings.
• Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and requirements of potential customers.
• Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals while maximizing profitability.
• Ensure timely follow-up on proposals and quotes to expedite the sales process.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Regularly engage with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics relevant to Derik Tata's products and services.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Any degree.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to understand customer requirements and position solutions accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
