Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for hospitality units.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and reporting.
• Ensure accurate revenue accounting across rooms, F&B, banquets, and events.
• Drive food & beverage cost control and margin improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operations.
• Oversee purchase accounting, procurement controls, and vendor compliance.
• Ensure alignment between purchasing, stores, and finance for cost efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits; coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, ageing, and vendor reconciliations.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance.
• Supervise inventory valuation, stock audits, and wastage controls.
• Drive ERP/POS integrations and finance process automation.
• Lead, mentor, and review performance of accounts team members while providing strategic financial insights to management.
