Controlling Sales related advances

• Monitoring of all Sales related advances, deposits and recoveries and ensuring timely settlement of the same in consultation with all Vertical Heads:
• Old HNIN Advances
• Claims Garage Advances
• Security Deposits
• IRDAI Advances
• Other recoveries
  

GST and TDS related

• Resolving all GST Tax related issues raised by the Sales Team in co-ordination with Tax teams
• GST related certification and documentation for submission to various Tax investigation agencies in relation to Marketing expense Vendors
  

Co-ordination for Sales related payments

• Handling the urgent payment / escalations from Sales teams and resolve issues to ensure adherence with defined TATs.
• Process guidance through training to sales team
• resolving issues between Sales Team payment Team
• ME vendors empanelment documentation agreements process review and adherence
• Managing offline reconciliations of large accounts to ensure proper set off and recovery.
• Automation
• To monitor progress of implementation of various Expense and Commission related automation projects
  

C S R Activity

• Handling the entire documentation for CSR proposals for CSR Committee and Board approval,
• Ensuring CSR documentation like Receipt, Utilization 10 BE Report and CSR Presentation Report
• Collecting Utilization report along with photos and other documents.
• Maintain entire CSR Document for review and Audit by any authority as per compliance requirements
