Manager - Accounts Payable

As a candidate for this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring business compliance, identifying issues, escalating them as necessary, updating trackers, and supporting audits for necessary documentation. You will report to the Operations Manager and will be expected to lead by example, take proactive measures, focus on results, and take complete accountability for your actions on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and maintaining tight control over daily and monthly dashboards - Resolving clarifications from vendors and internal partners through written communication and calls - Adhering to Service Level Agreements and updating systems - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures You will also be responsible for: - Supporting metrics reporting and standardizing procedures to drive efficiency - Maintaining document retention in line with policies and updating SOPs - Managing a team of 30+ members with a global footprint, involving hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team motivation To excel in this position, you should ideally possess: - A master's or bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field - A minimum of 4 years of leadership experience - Proficiency in ERP SAP systems, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical abilities, time management skills, accounting knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office applications If you are driven by deadlines, flexible in shifts, and eager to contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace, we encourage you to explore this opportunity further at IFF.com/careers/workplace-diversity-and-inclusion.
