Role Overview

Management Trainee

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, adaptable, and eager to take on real-world responsibilities that contribute to the company’s growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

1. Front Office Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage reception duties, calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations while maintaining a welcoming environment.

2. Administrative Support

  • Assist in coordinating office operations, facilities, and resource management.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping for various departments.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.

3. Human Resources

  • Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding, induction programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help maintain HR records and assist in payroll and compliance documentation.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Work with the sales team to understand product offerings and support client acquisition.
  • Engage in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to sales reporting and market research for strategic decisions.

5. Marketing & Branding

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Contribute to social media management, content creation, and brand promotions.
  • Assist in event marketing, student engagement programs, and community outreach.

6. General Management Exposure

  • Rotate across departments to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify challenges, propose solutions, and improve processes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making by senior management.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
