Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee in the Finance department at the company, your role will involve various key responsibilities including: - Preparing MIS, managing Plant Accounting, Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting of the unit - Submitting accurate Quarterly, Half-yearly, Annual Financials, Annual Budget, and other reports - Completing audits as per schedule - Providing timely and accurate analysis of Budgets & Financial reports to the senior management - Reporting on Internal Financial Control for better fraud risk Management - Streamlining financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Collaborating with other departments to gather relevant financial information - Identifying and mitigating financial risks, and implementing effective control measures Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Finance If you are a fresher with an MBA in Finance, you are encouraged to apply for this Full-time Management Trainee position located in Sivsagar, Dimapur.
