Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities: Job Title: Management Trainee (Fresher) Roles and Responsibilities: ·        Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s operations, structure, and business processes in our Group business verticals - Advertising & Branding / Real Estate / Software / FMCG. ·        Assist in day-to-day activities across departments such as Accounts, Administration, Sales, and Operations. Along with R&D and Data Management, etc. ·        Provide administrative support to managers, including coordination of meetings, follow-ups, and record maintenance. ·        Assist in preparing presentations, Excel proposals, reports, and invoices as required. ·        Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for smooth communication and task execution. ·        Maintain accurate documentation, filing and support with data entry and analysis tasks. ·        Work on MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for various business activities. ·        With knowledge of AI will be preferred. Requirements: Fresh graduates (any stream) are welcome to apply. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Must have basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must be computer literate and internet-savvy. Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
