This role will be pivotal in identifying growth opportunities, nurturing long‑term relationships, and expanding our distribution network for our range of Sprouted Health Mixes — a unique and innovative offering with significant market potential. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers across Pharma, Food, and FMCG sectors. Build long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and channel partners. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to create actionable sales and marketing strategies. Lead negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions with distributors and clients. Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑ups and conversions. Guide, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve their targets and KPIs. Organize and participate in promotional activities, road shows, and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads. Develop regular MIS and performance reports for senior management review. Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, market dynamics, and best practices. 💼 Desired Skills and Experience 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development within the Pharma / Food / FMCG industry. Strong understanding of distribution and retail dynamics in the Pharma, Food, or FMCG space. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented approach and strong business acumen. Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Willingness to travel extensively for business development and meetings. A valid two‑wheeler will be an added advantage. Position: Accounts Assistant cum Admin Experience: 2–3 years Location: Jayanagar Job Summary We are looking for a diligent and highly organized Accounts Assistant cum Admin with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will support our accounts department and manage day-to-day administrative duties. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a collaborative work ethic are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and preparation of vouchers and petty cash records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files. Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Perform bank reconciliations and other related accounting duties. Handle office administration tasks including procurement of supplies, filing documents, and coordinating with vendors. Maintain office records and files (both digital and physical). Support the accounting team with ad hoc requests and daily operations. Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements Experience: 2–3 years in an accounting or administrative role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
