Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Prior exposure to outdoor advertising industry will be advantage. Key Responsibilities: Ø Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, direct sales, networking, referrals, and market research. Ø Promote Outdoor Advertising Services, Branding, Promotions, Corporate Events and Allied Services to achieve sales targets. Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Ø Develop and deliver customized proposals and compelling presentations based on client requirements. Ø Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of advertising campaigns. Ø Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and improve sales strategies. Ø Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Ø Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ø Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development from Advertising (Preferred) or any industry Ø Experience in the outdoor advertising industry will be an added advantage. Ø Candidates from other industries who are genuinely interested in working in the advertising field are also welcome. Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ø Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ø Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude with a results-driven approach. Ø Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns effectively.
