Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Present and promote IT solutions and services tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Prepare reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Freshers are welcome). Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software is a plus.
