Sales and Marketing Executive

1. Sales ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist them in selecting organic products. Explain product features, health benefits, sourcing, and usage. Guide customers across categories like oils, millets, spices, pulses, snacks, and wellness products. Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain strong product knowledge and keep updated on new arrivals. Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and attractively arranged. Support in-store promotions, sampling, and product demonstrations. Build customer trust through honest communication and organic product education. 2. Billing & Cash HandlingOperate the billing system/ POS efficiently. Generate accurate bills and ensure correct pricing and discounts. Handle cash, UPI, card payments responsibly. Maintain daily sales reports and reconcile cash at the end of the day. Manage customer invoices, returns, exchanges, and queries courteously. 3. Store OperationsMaintain cleanliness of the store and billing counter. Monitor product expiry dates and follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out). Assist in stock counting, inward stock entry, and inventory updates. Coordinate with the store manager for low stock alerts and reordering. Ensure all items are properly labeled with MRP, batch, and dates. 4. Customer ServiceEnsure fast, friendly, and professional service at all times. Resolve customer complaints politely and effectively. Provide information about membership, loyalty programs, or offers. Build long-term customer relationships to increase repeat sales. 5. Compliance & StandardsFollow hygiene, safety, and organic handling guidelines. Maintain transparency in product information and billing. Adhere to store policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
