Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales & Marketing We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and executing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, expanding market presence, and promoting the company’s products/services through strategic sales and marketing efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesSalesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings. Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements in line with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking. MarketingAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, advertisements, social media content, and email campaigns. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and customer preferences. Participate in brand-building initiatives, trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events. Track the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates may also be considered depending on role level). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, or MS Office Suite is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
