Key Responsibilities: Handle sales of customized elevators to builders, architects, and individual clients in Noida and surrounding areas. Generate and follow up on leads through site visits, referrals, architect networks, and digital platforms. Understand client needs and suggest suitable elevator solutions (Home Lifts, Commercial Lifts, Glass Lifts, MRL, Pit-less, etc.). Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for quotations and technical discussions. Follow up with clients post-quotation and assist in negotiation and final order closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with builder firms, PMC teams, and site in-charges. Achieve monthly sales targets and report activity regularly. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in elevator/lift sales (Installation, Modernisation, or Home Elevators). Strong local market knowledge of Noida real estate or construction sites. Experience dealing with builders, PMC, or architects preferred. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Self-motivated and willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
