Job Description

Typical Duties and Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of lift systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in elevators and escalators. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components in lift machinery. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to address complex lift system challenges. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance operations. Respond promptly to emergency service calls and perform troubleshooting as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with lift safety standards and regulations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency service.
