CTC: 5 LPA (37K Gross/Month)

Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Sunday Off)

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handle franchise sales & onboarding (from lead generation to agreement signing).

* Make outbound calls, explain MedPlus franchise model & guide prospects.

* Conduct presentations/meetings, resolve queries & ensure closures.

* Maintain lead records, follow-ups & achieve conversion targets.

* Build strong franchisee relationships & provide regular pipeline updates.
