Job Description

Collaborate with developers and UX designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop scalable and innovative solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Participate in design and development, coordinating with the Product Owner for BAU tasks.
Write high-quality code and contribute to standards and practices.
Provide estimates for tasks by evaluating wireframes.
Actively participate in sprint activities and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinements.

Job Requirements

At least 6+ years of experience in backend technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, GraphQL, and QA Automation Frameworks.
Experience with microservices and cloud architecture, RESTful API design, and message queues like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Development and testing skills, including OOP, design patterns, TDD, unit and integration testing, and database optimization.
Understanding of converting wireframes into functional UI components and experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
A proactive team player with strong communication skills and experience in a culture of continuous learning.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and system design, focusing on scalability and distributed systems.
Code optimization, problem-solving, and advanced communication skills are essential.
