Management Trainee Sales

You are in for an exciting opportunity at Collegedunia, a leading educational portal, where innovation and passion drive our team forward. **Role Overview:** As part of our team, your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting initial outreach to prospects, explaining our offerings, and understanding their requirements. - Scheduling meetings, demos, and discussions for the sales team. - Maintaining strong follow-up communication to nurture leads until conversion. - Participating in client calls to support the sales cycle. - Coordinating with TLs & Operations teams for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 06 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or inside sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools. - Ability to research, analyze data, and identify opportunities. - Proactive attitude with strong follow-up discipline. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
