Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


Training Need Analysis (TNA):

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and development needs.
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to align training with organizational objectives.

Learning Program Design & Delivery:

  • Develop learning frameworks, training calendars, and modules (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors/trainers when required.

Learning Management System (LMS):

  • Manage and update the LMS with training content, attendance, and completion records.
  • Track learning progress and generate reports for management review.

Induction:

  • Manage new employee orientation programs.
  • Organize engagement sessions to promote a learning culture.

Evaluation & ROI:

  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
  • Report learning outcomes and recommend improvements.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Stakeholder management – working with managers & business heads

Analytical & problem-solving ability

Creativity & innovation in program design

Adaptability – adjusting learning methods to diverse learners

Coaching & mentoring abilities

Data analysis for measuring training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick Model, ROI)

Digital learning methods – microlearning, gamification, blended learning
