Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Management Trainee in Human Resources. The Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and managing personnel management tasks. Daily activities will include assisting in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute. Preference for candidates from leading management schools
• Early-career professionals with 1–3 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply
