Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Executive/Senior Executive located in Gurugram and Bengaluru. The Key Account Executive/Senior Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, understanding client needs, and delivering recruitment solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, identifying opportunities for account growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Ability to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with payroll and compliance management is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
