Management Trainee Human Resources

As a Management Trainee HR at our Gurgaon office, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading Indian ethnic wear brand, gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations in a large-scale retail environment. You will be part of a fast-track career path, supporting HR operations and driving people initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. - Support HR Business Partners in enhancing process effectiveness and driving people initiatives. - Maintain accurate employee data, prepare MIS reports, and generate actionable insights. - Ensure compliance with documentation and policy implementation. - Drive automation and process improvements using MS Excel and HR Tech platforms. - Contribute with a strong ownership mindset to various HR projects. **Key Requirements:** - MBA in HR from a reputed B-School (2023/2024 batch preferred). - Immediate joiner. - Proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot, VLOOKUP, and Advanced Functions. - Tech-savvy with exposure to HR systems/tools. - Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. - Committed, passionate, and eager to grow on a fast-track basis. - Comfortable with a 6-day work week.
