Management Trainee Human Resources

As a Management Trainee HR at our Gurgaon office, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading Indian ethnic wear brand with over 500 retail stores nationwide. This role is perfect for MBA graduates from reputed B-Schools who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a large-scale retail environment and accelerate their career growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. - Support HR Business Partners in driving people initiatives and improving process effectiveness. - Maintain accurate employee data, prepare MIS reports, and derive actionable insights. - Ensure compliance with documentation and policies. - Drive automation and process enhancements using MS Excel and HR Tech platforms. - Take ownership of HR projects and contribute with a proactive mindset. **Key Requirements:** - MBA in HR from a reputed B-School (2023/2024 batch preferred). - Immediate availability to join. - Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Advanced Functions. - Tech-savvy with experience in HR systems/tools. - Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. - Demonstrated commitment, passion for growth, and willingness to work hard. - Comfortable with a 6-day work week schedule.
