  • Ensure meticulous documentation of candidate information.


Online Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly.
  • Provide detailed guidance to candidates navigating the interview experience.


Transparent Salary Negotiations:

  • Engage in fair and transparent salary discussions, fostering trust.
  • Collaborate remotely with the HR teams to ensure competitive offers.


Virtual Feedback Exchange:

  • Gather valuable feedback from candidates post-interview.
  • Address concerns with a virtual touch, enhancing the overall candidate experience.


Qualifications:

  • Genuine passion for meaningful conversations.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in professional email writing.
  • Conversant with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships remotely.
  • Freshers or individuals with less than 6 months of work experience are welcome.
